Watson moved to Dallas, Texas at the age of eight, & observed a select few function as a model. Once he was 15, he moved to Burbank, California, soon finding the job on the soap opera Days of Our Lives. Later on, he pull away to Texas, & graduated from either senior high within Richardson in 1992.

After he turned Xix, Watson pull away to Los Angeles, where he worked parking cars at a House of Blues nightclub, and late encountered the bit part on the Aaron Spelling series Malibu Shores. Spelling's girl Tori introduced him to his first married woman, Laura.

He was diagnosed sustaining Hodgkin's disease in May 2002, and went on hiatus from 7th Heaven while he underwent treatment. When of April 2003 it was reportedly in remission, & he began appearing on a program once more, starting using the 150th episode. He has since returned as a regular cast member. He is presently engaged to Tracy Hutson.
